5. Payment & Cancellation Policies
We accept all major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®) with a 50% deposit for reservations. Cash payments are accepted in person.
Cancellations: Hourly rides – 24–48 hrs; Special events – 72 hrs; Airport transfers – free if done before vehicle dispatch.
No-shows & Extra Stops: Missed pickups will incur full trip charges, including gratuity. Unscheduled stops are billed $15–$50+ depending on distance. Moreover, all stops should be mentioned in advance during booking.
6. Wait Time & Late Night Charges
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all pickups. However, trips between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM may incur a $15–$25 surcharge depending on trip time and distance. Therefore, our clients are encouraged to plan accordingly to avoid extra charges.
7. Non-Smoking & Safe Workplace Policy
All vehicles strictly enforce a non-smoking policy to ensure cleanliness and passenger health. Furthermore, our employees undergo extensive background checks, cybersecurity training, and follow a strict drug-free policy to maintain a professional and secure service environment.
